When you come to our offices, a real person will greet you with a smile and make sure you are comfortable in our quiet, private, and comfortable suite. We engage an answering service 24/7 to ensure you can talk with a real person for individual, in-person service during office hours, with a live answering service in off hours. Dr. Ladd has chosen a location with reserved parking for her clients, an elevator to the second floor, and a private office entrance. The bright offices, warmed by soft jazz, are tastefully furnished and stocked with refreshments along with interesting reading materials. Nearly 20 years of service have shown us that what modern clients really want is old fashioned client care.
